Tuition and Fees Schedule 2017-18

Application, Interview and Acceptance

Priority applications for the 2017-2018 school year are due February 17th, 2017. Applications received after February 17th will be considered on a space-available basis. If the class for which you are applying is full, your application will be placed in the wait pool. A non-refundable fee of $95 per application is due with the Application for Enrollment.

It is required, prior to enrollment, that you attend a Walk Through the Grades Tour, an Open House and / or a one-on-one tour of our school. After the Application for Enrollment is received, an in-depth interview will be scheduled with your child’s teacher. Upon acceptance by the faculty, a meeting with the Enrollment Director will be scheduled, followed by an official notification of acceptance mailed or hand delivered to parents.

Registration Fees

Full Time Students (Kindergarten – Grade 8)

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $600 is due within 14 days of the date on your acceptance letter. If accepted after the beginning of the school year, the registration is due within 5 days.
 

2 - 3 Day Per-Week Students (Preschool)

  • A non-refundable $300 registration fee is due within 14 days after the date on your acceptance letter. If accepted after the beginning of the school year, the registration fee is due within 5 days.

 

Supply Fees

Tuition

Tuition Insurance

Tuition insurance and our withdrawal policy are in place in order to protect our families and our school if a family chooses to withdraw after an Enrollment Agreement has been signed. All families paying in installments must have Tuition Insurance (3% of annual tuition). Specific Information on our Tuition Insurance plan can be found below as an attached document.

Parent Association / Enrichment Fee

The Parent Association / Enrichment Fee is $35 per family per year. This fee helps offset the cost of bringing parent enrichment opportunities to the community throughout the school year while building community within our parent body. Certain parent enrichment events may have an additional ticket fee.

After School Care for Early Childhood

After school care is available for Preschool & Kindergarten students from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the rate of $6.00 per hour. Extended Care is available for Nursery & Kindergarten students from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at a rate of $8.00 per hour


After School Care for the Grades
After school care is available for children in Grades 1 through 8 until 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $6.00 per hour.
 

Instrument Fee

The cost for a student’s instrument is the parents’ responsibility.

Extracurricular Activities

Field Trips, After School Sports and other extracurricular activities are additional costs parents will be asked to support. Parents are advised of the costs as the activities are scheduled.
