Tuition Assistance Application
due date for Returning Students is March 20, 2024.

Tuition Assistance is available on the basis of evidenced need. Our Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) endeavors to make Waldorf Education available broadly. Many of our families receiving Tuition Assistance give back to the school community by offering extra time on committees and serving as dedicated volunteers. Tuition Assistance is available for our Preschool through 8th grade families.

Tuition Assistance Program Assessment AND Application Process

FACTS, the online tuition assistance website used by WSSB, assesses a family’s need. Recommendations from FACTS are used by The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara to determine a family’s awarded amount. Awards notices will be mailed in early March by the business office.

The majority of tuition assistance funds are allocated February through April. We encourage new families to apply as soon as possible, but no later than the middle of February. The earlier you apply for tuition assistance, the more likely we will be able to meet your needs. We allocate tuition assistance upon acceptance of your child to the school.
